SimpelFact Online was built for invoicing. You use it to create invoices, quotes and reminders, and to see what is still outstanding. It is not an accounting package: there is no general ledger, no VAT return and no bank feed. If you need those, export your invoices to Excel and pass them to your accountant. Links with accounting packages are planned; they will become available later as a separate extension.

VAT is worked out for you
Set your own VAT rates, including 0%, and use more than one on a single invoice. The breakdown follows on its own.
Getting paid online
Put a payment link in the invoice email. Your customer pays by iDEAL or card and the invoice flips to paid. Payments are handled by Mollie, so you need a Mollie account of your own.
Reminders
If an invoice stays open too long, one action sends a reminder or a demand for payment.
A view of what is outstanding
One screen shows you which invoices are paid, which are outstanding and which are taking too long.
Five languages
The program and your invoices in Dutch, English, German, French or Spanish. Set per customer.

Coming from SimpelFact Desktop?
SimpelFact Online is the successor to the desktop version: the same way of working, by the same makers, without an installation. You bring your customers, items and invoices with you using the import assistant.
The desktop version remains available for Windows for the time being and lives at simpelfact.com. No new versions will appear, though, so in time the online version will be your version.
